Background and Experience

For the first decade of his career, Attorney Christopher Peck worked as a litigator for large defense firms that primarily specialized in defending hospitals, doctors, medical groups, and nursing homes. He also defended large trucking companies for their high-risk, catastrophic injury cases.  Mr. Peck served as lead attorney on numerous multi-million dollar cases while litigating in state and federal court. Mr. Peck’s years of experience with defense firms gave him valuable insight into the methods and tactics used by corporations and insurance companies when working up, evaluating, settling, and taking cases to trial. That knowledge and experience now benefits his clients.

In 2016, Mr. Peck “switched sides” and became a partner at a plaintiff’s firm that specialized in representing individuals hurt in car accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, general personal injury matters, as well as employment law cases based on discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower violations. During that time, Mr. Peck helped many clients with their cases and developed a deep appreciation for the life-altering consequences of their injuries. Wanting to evolve his law practice to further benefit his clients, Mr. Peck formed Law Offices of Christopher Peck.

The Law Offices of Christopher Peck brings experience, technological innovations, a “client-focused” approach, and significant, one-on-one attorney time to clients. Clients are treated like part of the team, and a strong attorney-client relationship helps strengthen every case.

Mr. Peck has helped many of his clients achieve life-changing 6 and 7-figure settlements, often without ever needing to enter a courtroom. Mr. Peck’s background in litigating highly technical and complex cases has shaped the way he evaluates and prepares every case, whether large or small.  Every case is investigated and worked-up as if it was going to trial.  Cutting corners is a gamble we refuse to make with our clients and their cases.
